Great Expectations Prep Academy is proud to have a continuously growing selection of different activities that we offer at no additional cost to our families. Most of our activities are weekly and start in our preschool classroom.

SPANISH & SIGN LANGUAGE

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Research shows that learning a second language boosts problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills, in addition to improving memory, concentration, and the ability to multitask. Children proficient in other languages also show signs of enhanced creativity and mental flexibility. Sign language helps young children struggling with communication before they are able to speak.

GYMNASTICS

HEAD OVER HEELS

We offer an introduction to gymnastics in our preschool classrooms. Gymnastics helps develop large motor skills and confidence. Your child will flip for this fun weekly activity!

GET ACTIVE

Playball Soccer promotes body and spatial awareness. Children who constantly bump into objects or who seem clumsy are lacking spatial awareness, balance and possibly gross motor coordination. Playball encourages personal and spatial awareness through a plethora of age-specific exercises and skills.
